Our foot anchor range runs from T-013 to T-320, that is 1.3 t to 32 t working load, in 20Mn2 carbon steel or 304/316 stainless. The 32 t size is the one that matters: bridge segments, pier caps and heavy precast units need a single lifting point at that class, and few factories in China forge it.
The body is forged rather than machined from bar, then heat treated and inspected. Forging keeps the grain flow along the load path, so the head and the shank do not separate under a shock load; heat treatment brings the hardness and toughness into the range the load table assumes. Every lot keeps its heat number and load-test record.
Lifting pins are supplied to the same standard, sized for the anchor and matched to the clutch or ring the site uses. If you are lifting bridge segments, send the segment weight, the lifting angle and the anchor position — we will confirm the class and issue the drawing.
