Process design
Machining route, tooling, fixtures and inspection plan. Quoted with a realistic lead time, not a hopeful one.
First article
Sample with a dimensional report. Nothing runs in volume until you have signed it off.
Production
تسير بطاقات الدفعة مع القطع، وفحص أثناء التشغيل كل ساعتين، وصور عند الطلب.
Inspection and packing
AQL 1.0 final inspection, then packing for sea freight with a packing list and loading photos.

04Inspection
Where we check, and what we keep.
Incoming steel
Mill certificate checked against the heat number, plus a spectro test on every coil.
In process
First article plus a patrol every two hours; dimensions logged on the batch card.
Coating
Thickness at five points, then 480 h neutral salt spray on a coupon per batch.
Load
اختبار عند 3 أضعاف حمل التشغيل على عينة من كل دفعة، مع حفظ المنحنى.
Final
AQL 1.0 visual and dimensional inspection before the carton is sealed.
05Documents
What travels with the container.
